We are connecting our community heroes with our local real estate and mortgage professionals to buy, sell, invest or refinance a home; we're able to provide our community heroes with more savings than any hero program. In turn, when our community heroes buy, sell or invest in a home using Community Heroes Homes, we donate a portion of our earnings to Feed Our Heroes SOFLO. This Circle of Giving helps to strengthen our Local American Communities by putting more money into the hands of our Community Heroes and Local Businesses, this benefits our Local American community businesses and the backbone of our country, our community heroes.

Who qualifies as a hero?

Qualifying community heroes include, but are not limited to current and former law enforcement, firefighters, EMT's, paramedics and all other first responders. All ranks of active military, reserves and veterans of the Navy, Air Force, U.S. Army Marine Corps am=nd Coast Guard. All healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses and all support staff. All educators, Pre-K, elementary, secondary, post secondary educators, teachers, professors, administrative and all support staff. What can a community hero typically save?

When our community hero works with our real estate specialist, mortgage company, title company, home inspection as well as other preferred partners, the average hero will save $5000 - $11,000 and more.

If I sell a house, buy a house, how does the savings work?

Our community hero will save up to $11,000+ when selling a home then buying a home with Community Heroes Homes, based on a $300,000 home while utilizing all of our services and preferred partners including mortgage, title and inspection specialist as well as our other preferred partners

If I buy a house how does the savings work?

When you work with our real estate specialist to buy a house, you can save 1% of the home's purchase, $300,000 home = $3000 rebate. You'll receive the rebate as a credit from Community Heroes Homes at closing.

If I just sell a house how does the savings work?

When you work with our real estate specialist to only sell a house, you can save 1% of the home's sales price, $300,000 home = $3000 rebate. You'll receive the rebate as a credit from Community Heroes Homes at closing.

What if I'm already working with an agent or loan officer?

If you are currently represented by a real estate agent or loan professional, and they are interested in learning more about our program, please have them contact us. We'll explain who we are and how they can help you save money with Community Heroes Homes.

Do I need to use all of your specialists to receive the savings?

You do not need to use all of our services and preferred partners. However, each specialist you work with will be adding to your savings amount. Most of our community heroes do not want to miss out on all of the savings we have to offer, so they choose as many of our local specialists as possible to maximize the savings with Community Heroes Homes.

What if I'm not ready to buy, sell or refinance?
